Check out this stylish purse that craftista Jennifer Perkins of Naughty Secretary Club and Craft Lab fame made for an episode of Stylicious. It was made from a dollar store photo album and other supplies. I really love the wooden snakes used for a handle - genius! I also love the duct tape colors she used!
The materials are pretty numerous, so I estimate that it cost more than $10.
