Cathie Filian, host of the DIY network show Creative Juice has posted this great tutorial for making these amazing Halloween candles from dollar store finds.

If I was going to make these truly, completely from dollar store stuff, I would probably just hot glue the letters to the candles, but the extra embellishments Cathie adds (pearlized pigments to make the letters shimmer, and chain to hang the letters from) are really spiffy. Yes, I just typed “spiffy.”
