Rachel, the brilliant mind behind Chezlin.com was inspired by the woven look of these Keen Footwear bags to create her own from fused plastic bags.

Awesome use of fused plastic, I must say! Here’s my favorite Make Magazine video tutorial on fused plastic bags, for more fused plastic goodness.

Project Estimate:

  • Plastic shopping bags, multiple colors. FREE (not counting the shopping you’d have to do to get them!)
  • Sewing machine, thread, scissors (on hand)

Total Cost: FREE! Plus you’re helping to save the environment by reusing disposable plastic bags.
