If you can't find craft feathers at your dollar store, don't overlook the cleaning supplies section. I've seen some colorful feather dusters there that could work for feathers. Don't laugh, it's true! If you don't tell anyone, they'll never know where the feathers came from! Glittery stuff will go a long way to make these pretty, too.

If you hurry, you can make an array of these for your remaining holiday parties! Or make a bunch to give to your girlfriends!
