I also need more instruction. Do you put the felt in the case and put the paint on it or use it to dab the stamp after pressing it in the paint? I don’t understand the vinegar either. Will it keep in the cd holder or is it a one time use?

Hi I am trying to stamp onto fabric, this looks like a good idea, but I am not clear on what I should be doing.. Should I spread the s.s ink in the jewel case? Am I mixing the ink with vinegar or putting it on the felt and then ironing in order to fix? Thanks!
