cassettebag

Lanzadora posted this kitschy cassette tape purse at Instructables. Finally! A way to proclaim your love for the 80s and all things mixtape AND bring a bunch of stuff around town with you. I especially love the use of two cassette tape holders filled with unraveled tape serving as the bottom of the handbag.

In case you haven’t read them, we also have some other great cassette tape crafts.

Project Estimate:

  • 5 cassette tapes, on hand
  • 2 cassette tape cases, on hand
  • Spare fabric, on hand
  • 1 cm clear tubing for strap, $1
  • Hot glue & glue guns (colored glue is suggested), on hand

Total cost: $1 or FREE!
