But I'm too cheap to pay a whole dollar for them, so I get mine at the thrift store. This is really neat! I couldn't tell where the tape was from looking at the picture the first time. It's like the record cuffs (natural descendent of the classic record bowl), only moved a little bit further forward in time. Alas, this may be the end of the music-recordings-of-human-history-melted-into-wrist-cuffs lineage; I doubt CDs will make good cuffs, unless you sanded down any sharp edges and backed them with something sturdy, like leather.
