What a let down. I thought this was going to be a tower made out of cats. :(
Just kidding. Cool idea – I’ll share it with my sisters who both have cats. :)

Nice try, but stick to things you know about and you will come up with better projects. Cats, although cute and cuddly, are born destroyers. My sweet little baby would have this torn apart and shredded in about 5 minutes, if that.

Nice thingy ,but it would be better if it were made out of wood!Nice anyway!

I thought it was made from a plastic trashcan. I know that our cats would tear up the postor board in a jiffy. Might try it w/ a trashcan…got my creative juices flowing, Thanks.

Jessica is onto something.
What if you took two large baskets, turned one upside-down, and glued them together bottom to bottom? You’d have a top basket to climb into, and if you cut a hole in the bottom basket, your kitty can hide in it!
Line with felt or whatever you find at the $ Store!
That wouldn’t last a day with my cats. It is a cute idea, but you would have to layer 5-6 layers of poster board together to make it even semi-sturdy enough for them. They’d climb it, and it would crumple.
If you used baskets, zip ties would probably work nice to keep them together. You could cut two slots in the top to tie strings through, and cut small pockets out- big enough for a paw, but not a cat head.

my cat eats cardboard boxes just for fun. This would just be a very short lived snack. It is a cute idea though! I like the suggestion of using a trashcan.

Like the others said, the posterboard wouldn’t hold up very long with cats, but the bigger issue is the use of staples. Once my cat ripped the posterboard apart, I’d be afraid of him eating or chewing the staples.
