You can get flower leis at the dollar store at this time of year (there's a huge selection of tiki/luau supplies at my local DS right now), and I just discovered that my dollar store has freshwater pearl beads, too! The only thing you might need to pick up at a craft store is a necklace clasp (but you could also just tie this necklace around your neck, right?).
