posted a great idea at 12 Months of Christmas for a Father’s Day gift that cost less than $2 to make! I always have a hard time coming up with suitable gifts for the men in my life, so it’s good to have this great idea as an option. [project instructions]

She made a word mosaic at Wordle.net and framed it with a nice masculine patterned paper. She made this as a gift for her dad, but her husband was so impressed that he dropped hints about receiving one for himself.

Project Estimate:

  • Matted Frame, $1
  • Scrapbooking paper, $1 or less
  • Printed Wordle cloud, make at home
  • Glue, on hand

Total cost: $2

I think these will make cool wedding gifts for all the weddings I have been invited to this summer. I’ll add some cash too, but these are really so cute! Thank you for sharing!

When I was playing around on Wordle, my husband said he would love one for his office. After seeing this great looking gift, I think I will do it–just in time for Father’s Day.
