Thanks for the feature! This was a fun little project. It was done with pink damask wrapping paper. I ripped it into little pieces and applied them one by one. Tedious, but not complicated. I would recommend diluting it with a little water for use with paper for decoupage. It's just easier to lay the paper down smooth than with full strength.
