I made a wreath last week out of the old cardboard sleeves salvaged from disposable coffee cups.

Here are some photos and a tutorial:

I had to share my new found love, the ruffler foot and post the wreath I made with it. I just love ruffles but despise the time consuming task of hand ruffling. Wow, once you get this tool for your sewing machine, you will be like me and want to add a ruffle to everything! Here is the link to the ruffled wreath and how I made it.

http://mypaperpony.blogspot.com/2009/12/clothes-hanger-christmas-wreath.html
This wreath was cheap easy and super-fast. I think a lot of people would have everything they need in their own Christmas decorations and closets.

This was fun, thank you for the opportunity. I had actually forgotten I bought a beat-up wreath after Christmas last year with the intention of turning it into something fabulous to use this year. Here is my attempt at that:

My wreath was made as an ornament, but I'm sure it could be a wreath for a doll to have too!

I made this paper wreath last year and wrote a tutorial for my blog. I used wrapping paper, but you can use scrapbooking paper, magazines... anything.

I made this wreath last spring.

http://www.facebook.com/people/Jennifer-Van-Guilder/1254105703#/photo.php?pid=30573508&id=1254105703

It is made with a metal hoop which I purchased from hob lob. One box of sandwich bags (the fold over kind) slit open each side and tied onto the hoop. Wrap ribbon around, add bow, and added some cute butterfly clips. It is done in such a way that I can change out the ribbon and decorations for different holidays/ seasons.

It is a simple craft that can be done while relaxing in the evening, by a beginner or older children (just have to be able to tie the knot).

Thanks for the contest!
