Showcase your button stash instead of just leaving it in a tub somewhere where nobody can see it! I love the look of this wreath, which uses different buttons in different whites (mostly), but there are two other equally stunning versions on the Craftapalooza blog, where this project lives. So simple, yet so pretty. I'm jealous of the button stash this one came from! This seems like a fun low-pressure craft - it would be a great project for a girls' night out (even if the girls are afraid of crafting!). [click here for the button wreath tutorial]
Project Estimate:
- A mess of buttons, on hand
- Sturdy board or heavy cardboard to cut into a ring, on hand or $1
- Clear-drying glue, on hand
- Ribbon, on hand
Total: FREE and up

That is a pretty button stash. I have a bunch of gold ones I was going to make into a tree last year but never got around to it. One day :)
Love it! I’ve been saving a project that my daughter had for school that involved 180 buttons. This just might be the thing to make me finally recycle it! She’ll have a blast helping out too. :)
It is a great way to use up the stash!
thanks for posting and for the lovely comments.
