I have lots of nieces, and can attest that not all of them are girly-girls -- but I do have one niece in particular who truly loves all things frilly, girly, and dress-up.  I created this project with her in mind!

Playing dress-ups is a great imagination builder -- and with any great "fancy dress-up" trunk, a girl's got to have a dress-up wedding veil.  This one was SUPER easy to put together -- it literally took me about five minutes!  I am convinced that ANYONE can do this!  [click here for instructions]

Project Estimate:

  • headband, 3/$1
  • roll of tulle, $1 (found in the wedding section)

Total: $1.33!
