Doll Clothes into DECOR

I'm always looking for cute ways to dress up my sewing room without making it look too "busy."  This week I thought of something that should have been obvious -- to me, anyway!  For years I've had a little clothesline with tiny clothes hanging in my laundry room.  Wouldn't something similar be perfect in the sewing room, too?  Of course!  [come check it out!]

Project Estimate:

  • cording (mine was hemp jewelry cording), $1.29
  • tiny wooden clothespins, $2.49 (I used a coupon and made it $1.49!)
  • doll clothes, on hand (check yard sales and thrift stores!)

Total:  $2.78 and up -- with tons of leftovers!

p.s. Heather's raising money for CROQ zine at Kickstarter: check out the project!

That’s so cute! It would be adorable in a baby’s room, too.
