Often, great ideas spring from the ability to improvise.  When Rachel from Show Tell Share got the idea to make her daughter wings to go with her woodland fairy costume from things she had around the house, she thought it would be a snap.  She originally planned to use tights to make the wings, but the wire she had on hand wasn’t stiff enough to hold up and the shape got crushed under the compression.  Time for a Plan B!  After a little brainstorming, she gathered some pretty leaves from her lawn, grabbed her stapler, and got to work.  The results are so much more unique than her original intentions!  Isn’t it great when things work out like that?  [how to make woodland fairy leaf wings]
