Candy is my favorite of all the classic Valentine's Day gifts, hands down. I have such a huge sweet tooth! If you want to give something a little more special than a box of assorted Russell Stover whatnots, try making your own candy. This strawberry fudge by Shelly at Cookies and Cups is the easiest recipe you'll ever see, requiring just two ingredients! Wonder if you can make this with say German Chocolate ( coconut pecan ) frosting and milk chocolate chips. Im not too fond of many frostings but want to try this.

Tastes like McDonald’s strawberry shakes– not my favorite. Chocolate is next on the menu. I’d also like to try to it Neapolitan with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry layers. A hint: make sure your chips are melted AND hot and your frosting is not cold– it is really hard to mix together if it sets up too soon! ;)
