If you're hosting a 4th of July barbecue, you undoubtedly have a long list of things to do.  If there is room for one more project on your list, we'd like to suggest this one!  Amanda from Crafts by Amanda dig around in her recycling bin and came up with all the parts she needed to assemble a festive utensil holder.  Keep your plasticware corralled at the buffet table in style!  [how to make a recycled patriotic utensil holder]

Project estimate:

  • Cardboard circle, on hand
  • Paper towel tube, on hand
  • Recycled can, on hand
  • Paint, on hand or $1 and up
  • Hot glue, on hand
  • Craft glue, on hand
  • Star-shaped sequins, $1 and up
  • Felt, on hand or $1

Total:  $1 and up
