When her rain boots started to show their age via cracking rubber, it saddened Carissa from Creative Carissa. She started looking around for a new pair but, alas, every time she saw cute ones that would fit her feet, they just didn’t fit her budget. Then on day on a whim she snagged some patterned duct tape, figuring that if replacing the boots was out of the question, repairing them was the next best thing! Project estimate:
- Old rain boots, on hand

I did this to a pair of my son’s boots using Super Mario Bros. tape but we only did a wide stripe up the back! He LOVED it and wears them even when it’s sunshiney! :D
