What do you do when you like the shape of something but find the color tacky, ugly, or just plain obnoxious? Attack it with a can of spray paint! That’s what Jaderbomb did with a package of plastic trophy cup party favors she found at the dollar store. A couple coats of teal later, they look entirely different and much more chic! They work great as tiny planters for succulents or other small plants, or you could fill them with candy or other treats. They would make great favors at a sports-themed party! Project estimate:
- Trophy cup party favors, $1
- Spray paint, on hand or $1 and up
- Soil, on hand or $1
- Succulents or other small plants, on hand or $1 and up
Total: $1 and up
