Make a commemorative housewarming ornament (via dollarstorecrafts.com)

Some of my favorite Christmas ornaments in my collection are ones that celebrate specific moments in my life.  My mother gifted me a “My First Christmas” ornament with my photo on it, from the Sears photo studio in 1980.  One of my favorite wedding gifts was an adorable “Our First Christmas Together” ornament.  Those kind of happy memories are perfect for tree decorating!  Whether you have lived in your house for a few weeks or for many years, this ornament is a great addition to a collection!  Alissa from In the Little Yellow House came up with this simple idea for commemorating your move-in day.  The idea serves equally well as both a Christmas gift and as a housewarming present!  [how to make a commemorative housewarming ornament]
