I've had a fascination with all things miniature from a very young age, so of course I have always been a fan of Christmas village scenes. Dollar Tree sells little Christmas village buildings and figurines, but what if they aren't quite your style? Mrs. Polly Rogers came up with a fabulous solution: a little paint and glitter are all it takes to transform the tiny structures into adorable works of art! By experimenting with different combinations of paint and glitter colors, this project can be adapted to fit nearly any style, color scheme, or taste. [how to make a dollar store Christmas village]
Project estimate:
- Christmas village buildings, $1 each
- Spray paint, on hand or $1 and up
- Glue, on hand
- Glitter, on hand or $1
Total: $1 and up
