Make a Clothespin Sunburst Mirror

We've seen many variations on the sunburst/starburst mirror, and we love them all!  And just when we think we've seen them all, BAM!  Someone comes up with another great idea for us to share.  This version was made by Amy at My 3 Monsters using deconstructed clothespins glue back-to-back.  I love how it gives the ends a soft, rounded look - and you can use the leftover springs to make clothespin spring jewelry!  [how to make a clothespin sunburst mirror]

Project estimate:

  • Clothespins, $1
  • Mirror, $1
  • Paint, on hand or $1 and up
  • Hot glue, on hand
  • Embroidery floss, on hand or $1

Total:  $2 and up

Ha! That is so cute – and you KNOW I have approx. one zillion of those wooden bits to use up!
