Make a Jailbird Skeleton Halloween Decoration

Have you started working on Halloween crafts yet? With all of the holiday decor and other items finding their way onto the shelves, my mind had been reeling with so many ideas! When I came across some little wire bird cages on a recent visit to Michaels, I was struck with the idea to turn it into an old-fashioned jail cell for a little plastic skeleton. I even already had the skeleton on hand from a garland I grabbed at Dollar Tree last year! Over at Mrs. Greene you can find a tutorial to make your own version of this project. I am so happy with how it turned out that I think I might make a couple more so I can hang a whole set of skeletal inmates in my front window to greet guests, since I still have several more little skeletons left in the garland!
