Quick Halloween Craft:  Glowing Ghosts

I’m always impressed by the cute solar powered items at Dollar Tree.  These pretty little lamps caught my eye, and I thought they’d make lovely patio table decor.  Now that Halloween is here, I quickly transformed them to match the holiday.  This simple, easy project would make great party decor!
