The idea to transform a placemat into a tote bag will never get old here at Dollar Store Crafts, so long as everyone continues to inject the idea with creative twists! J.Caroline Creative added a panel of designer fabric as a pocket and used two placemats for a roomier tote than we've featured here on DSC before. I'm so jealous of people who have pretty designer fabric in their stashes to work with! The modern prints and bright colors really pop on these purses!
