My friend Diane of CraftyPod is one of my favorite crafters in the universe, and I feel so lucky that I actually know her in real life. Braggity brag brag! She is one of the most innovative, generous, and smart crafters I know, and I hope you’ll get the chance to meet her some day too. She has developed these simple-yet-brilliant button and wire brooches, and posted the tutorial on her blog, so go on over and check it out! [click for tutorial]

Project Estimate:

  • Buttons, on hand or $1
  • 24-gauge wire, on hand or $1
  • Jewelry findings, on hand or $1
  • Heavy-duty glue, like E6000, on hand (hopefully you’ve added this to your craft stash by now!)

Total: FREE or $3
