We here at DSC are suckers for the starburst/sunburst mirror look in all its many variations.  It’s no surprise then that I fell in love with this project that’s perfect for the kitchen or dining room.  Beverly at Flamingo Toes used silverware to make a gorgeous, eye-catching pattern around her mirror.  Most dollar stores carry silverware that has basic, clean lines; for a more intricate look, thrift stores are a great source for vintage silverware for cents a piece.  This project is also a great use for any extra Mardi Gras beads you have laying around!  [how to make a silverware starburst mirror]
