Make a Flower Pot Costume

Alright Anne Geddes fans, this one is for you!  Bobbie from Clumsy Crafter, appalled by the prices on store-bought costumes, turned to our favorite place (the dollar store!) for inspiration.  The entire ensemble only took about 10 minutes to assemble, making it perfect as a last-minute idea or for moms who are short on time.  If you can find a large enough tub this would also make a cute adult costume, especially for a gardener!  [how to make a flower pot costume]

Project estimate:

  • Plastic tub, $1 and up
  • Silk flowers, about $3 and up
  • Jump rope, $1
  • Headband, on hand or $1
  • Hot glue or tape, on hand

Total: about $5 and up
