I’m privileged to live about an hour outside of one of the best wine regions in the country, Michigan’s Leelanau and Old Mission peninsulas.  Every few months we take a wine tasting tour, visiting various vineyards and usually coming home with about a case of delicious adult beverages.  Being a hoarder lover of recycled crafts, this of course means that I have an ever-growing collection of wine corks!  If you’ve been saving your corks but have no idea what to do with them, here’s a clever idea you might enjoy; Kim at Crafts Unleashed used some basic wood carving tools to hollow them out and turn them into teeny-tiny planters!  Put them in a dollhouse, work them into jewelry projects, or display them just about anywhere!  [how to make cork micro planters]
