One of my favorite blogs is OutsaPop, which is an amazing resource for DIY fashion ideas. I let Outi search out all the coolest fashion trends so I don’t have to (and she’s an amazing designer in her own right). Here’s a dollar store do-able DIY idea for glamming up a pair of shoes: add tacks to the heels! Love it, and it should only cost you a couple bucks to update a pair of shoes you already have.
