Gail at Can’t Stop Making Things made this cute greenhouse cloche using dollar store frames! This is a nice way to emphasize a prized piece of a collection. You can paint this greenhouse antiqued white like this, if you have shabby chic or country decor, or how about an urban modern cloche in black or red-orange? Also, picture frames are a great construction material that are available in abundance at the dollar store. One of my favorite things about this idea is that Gail took something she’s been seeing around a lot lately (cloches) and interpreted it with available dollar store materials. She was inspired by round glass cloches, which can’t be easily constructed, and interpreted the idea with something she could construct to make a fresh and unique version of a cloche. This is one of the most important things a dollar store crafter can do! [click here for how to make a greenhouse cloche]
