Yep, it’s that time again! Time to think about fun back-to-school crafts (especially cute projects that you can give to teachers). This adorable apple candy cupcake was created by Ashley from Cute as a Fox. I just love apple crafts, so I’m sure I’ll be featuring a lot more of them in the next two months. Find instructions for this great project at Someday Crafts. [how to make an apple candy cupcake]
Project Estimate:
- Plastic ramekins, 3 for $1
- Red jelly beans or candy, $1 and up
- Plastic wrap, on hand
- Skewers, on hand or $1
- Candy straws, $1
Total: $3 and up
Note: Grocery stores with a good bulk section will often have Jelly Bellys for sale at a reasonable price. On the West Coast, Winco is a great store to try. Or you can buy them by the pound here: Jelly Belly Very Cherry jelly beans (1 Pound Bag)
