If you’ve always wished you had your own Ruby Slippers (or glittery shoes), then make your own! Over at Pink Flamingo Studios, glitter shoes have been made not one, but TWO times, in the forms of these cute ballet flats, and some sparkly gold pumps. The secret ingredient to making glittery shoes, according to We Are Not Martha, is Mod Podge. What doesn’t Mod Podge improve? [diy glitter shoes] [instructions for making glitter shoes]

Who doesn’t love glitter shoes? Think of the shoes you could renew with a little glitter and Mod-podge.

I’d be so giddy with glitter shoes that I’d probably float a few inches off the ground! What a fantastic idea!

Thanks for featuring my sparkling flats! They were so much fun to make, and even more fun to wear.

Yesterday on the Ellen DeGeneres show, Sophia Grace and Rosie were guests from England again and they were wearing “glitter shoes” — and Sophia Grace told Ellen that her Mom made them and it took about an hour. Thought you would like that :)
