Everyone loves cupcakes! Combine your love of cupcakes with your need for cute Christmas ornaments to make these cute confections. This great idea by goldiloks, is a simple craft that looks fun to make. I’m thinking this would be a great project for a girls’ craft night out, a good group craft project for girl scouts or a sleepover, or a fun gift for children to make for their teachers. Or, just make a couple dozen for your own Christmas tree. It needs to be waaaay cuter this year! [how to make cupcake ornaments]

These are so cute! I may need to make some for the tree at the salon. Thanks for sharing.

Way too cute! And very clever. One of those ‘why didn’t I think of that?’ kind of brillance.

I made a bunch of these last night, using gold ornaments and an 80-pack of metallic red mini cupcake liners I found at Walmart for 40 cents – super cheap and easy with adorable results!

Your cupcakes turned out very cute but goldiloks didn’t come up with the original idea. these have been around for ages – I had one that was a party favor way back in the 70’s except it was done up using the satin ornaments. still nice to see these again and a great reminder of a cute cute cute and cheap ornament idea!

Darling! I am doing a sugar cookie and gingerbread tree this year and this will be a great addition! I hop I can find some bronze balls to use so they will fit into the color scheme!
