Many of us want to add a little something to our place settings without breaking the bank on getting coordinating tableware and decorations for every holiday. This Thanksgiving I needed a quick way to spruce up paper napkins for Thanksgiving dinner, so I decided to make fall leaf napkin rings that also acted as place cards. It took me less than 5 minutes to make enough for my whole family! Visit my blog, DECOR8Rgirl for the tutorial. [how to make easy fall leaf napkin rings]
Project estimate:
- Paper napkins, on hand
- Gold ribbon, on hand or $1
- Glue dots or hot glue, on hand
- Fabric leaves, $1 and up
- Metallic Sharpie, on hand or $1 and up
Total: $2 and up

Love it! Those fall leaves were such a bargain at DT – I used them as table scatter yesterday and they were so cute!

These are so cute and easy! Wish I’d had them for our family Thanksgiving this year! I think with a simple centerpiece using painted pumpkins, or split peas in a vase with a candle (like I keep seeing on Pinterest), that these would be a great way to have an attractive table without killing yourself!! :) Thanks for the post – I’m going to file it away!
