Since her daughter’s brownie troop was marching in their local holiday parade, Jenn from Rook No. 17 wanted to come up with a fun project they could wear for the event. Using dollar store party hats as a base, the girls added their own felt foliage and jingle bell “ornaments” to construct their own adorable Christmas tree elf hats.
