Does anyone else have a hard time crafting for their sweethearts? It can be difficult to find the right crafty way to say “I Love You” to your man. From Reader Victoria T:
Valentine’s Day is coming up and I don’t know what to get my boyfriend of 3 months. I want to make him something that he will remember but what? Can you help me out?
Boxers: The idea shown above is a cool one – how about customizing some boxer shorts? Instructions at iLoveToCreate: Be My Love Boxers
52 Reasons Why I Love You: One of our most popular past projects was the 52 Reasons Why I Love You book made out of a deck of cards. Instructions for the Deck Of Cards Love Book.
Over at the Coffee Talk Community, I am asking for ideas on what to craft for your man for Valentine’s Day.

My boyfriend and I aren’t big “gift” people, but I plan to make him a card. I browsed the photo cards on CVSphoto.com, took a few ideas for designs, and now plan to print a couple of photos of the two of us for a handmade card.

I’m making my husband a phone stand for his blasted iphone.

I do plastic canvas and one day brought home some triangles from the store. I was thinking of making something for Legend of Zelda. My husband came home, looked at them and said “you should make a d20.” For those who don’t know a d20 is a 20 sided dice that gamers use. I just finished it this weekend and it was awesome. Its dark green with cream numbers and a little flap that opens up. I am making another one for a friends new born and plan to make more as gifts for friends.

The hearts are adorable. Although my man would be totally shocked if I gave him something like that :)

This is so true–I can never truly craft for my husband. Love both of these ideas!
