Looking for an easy way to add a pop of color to your summer decor? Kellie from Nest of Posies came up with this wonderfully simple idea. She took plain glass votive holders from the the dollar store and dipped them in various bright colors of paint, giving them a new, playful look in a matter of minutes. They would also make a great decoration for weddings or graduation parties! [how to make paint dipped votive holders]
Project estimate:
- Votive candle holder, $1
- Paint, on hand or $1
Total: $1 and up

so easy and punch packing! love the colors here. i would do this to corral sewing supplies since i am not allowed to light candles. ;)

Oooh– I’m not sure I’d be able to decide which color to dip!

Ooh! I like this! I wonder if you turned them upside down to dry and they dripped down what it would look like? That might be cute too!
