Zip ties are one of those things that come in handy in a million situations.  My dad always jokes that if you can’t fix something using zip ties, duct tape, and/or WD-40, it can’t be fixed.  While they certainly come in handy when you need to secure a bundle of wires or other such uses, they are equally versatile as a craft supply!  Over at Think Crafts, crafty superstar Mark Montano dropped by to share this fun idea; he used the bright, plastic ties to make chain link bracelets.  Dollar Tree even has ties in neon colors which are very trendy now!  [how to make zip tie link bracelets]

Project estimate:

  • Zip ties, $1
  • Jump rings, on hand
  • Clasp, on hand

Total:  $1
