Have you eyed up those colorful plastic folders in the back-to-school section of the dollar store and wondered what wonderful things you could make out of them?  The other day we shared some chic plastic folder jewelry, but that’s far from the only thing you can do with them!  Pam from Frippery figured out that she could use them to make adorable candle wraps, and you will be stunned at how easy they are to assemble.  With just a few minutes and a few bucks, you can whip out enough to cover a mantel or to spread out on tables at a party.  Make sure you use battery-operated candles in them though, since decorations that are melted or gone up in flames are not desirable!
