She made a gold ladybug ring, and also bejeweled some other bugs and creatures to create high-end looking accessories with a dollar store budget. For the ring, project estimate:

• Dollar store insects, $1
• Ring pops, $1
• E-6000 glue, on hand or $4 a tube (you should have this on hand by now! come on!)
• Gold spray paint, about $5
• Small rhinestones, $1
• Lime green acrylic paint or paint pen, $1 and up
• Toothpick, on hand

Total: $9 for a bunch of different accessories

I like how she added rhinestones underneath the ring.
