What are your rules for using screens in your home?
I’m not gonna lie, my kids do have regular screen time. In the summer, I let them use TV or handheld devices in the morning so I can get an hour or two of extra sleep in the morning. Then I get up, we start our day, the kids go outside (and usually get completely wet or muddy at least twice a day!), and they are off screens until after dinner. Ideally. Sometimes they manage to get more screen time.
Do you let your kids use your phone, a handheld tablet or other device, or a computer? Do you ever worry about the things they might stumble across when they have unfettered access to a device meant for grownups?
