Black craft paint, on hand

Hot glue gun and glue

I so think I can do these. but to find that rope and will have to free hand the anchor… can I???

Debbie,
You could make a stencil for the anchor from contact paper or heavy cardstock so you don’t have to free hand it. Just look for anchor clipart online to use as the outline.
