I have to admit, I haven’t personally used puffy paints since about 1994.  They’ve never been my favorite, but after seeing this tutorial from Alisa Burke, I am starting to think that I need to give them another try!  Using her technique, you can turn a piece of plain fabric into a custom print with any patterns and colors you want.  I might try this process for embellishing a pair of drop cloth curtain panels that are on my to-do list!  [how to make puffy paint printed fabric]
